visvim (Omotesando) Renewal Opening

The "visvim" flagship store location first opened its doors in GYRE Omotesando in 2014.  Its intent was to introduce a new concept for a store that was different from our previous visvim and WMV flagships known as "F.I.L.", which had been operating in other parts of Japan, as well as other Asian countries.  We continue to showcase our work and the products that result from those efforts in Omotesando, a place where men and women of all ages coming from various backgrounds gather from all over the world. 

The "visvim" flagship will welcome a renewal opening after reaching a landmark of being open for 10 years. 

The antique fixtures making up the counter space previously, which gave a strong decorative impression in its presentation has been transformed into a powerful yet simple counter that is detailed with hand finished Naguri processing applied to the entire outer facing surface.  The old flooring which was repurposed wooden floors from an old church has become beautiful ivory colored Ryukyu limestone paving stones.  The closet fixtures which were unique in their scale as well as their operating mechanism have undergone updates in design and size, significantly altering the visibility within the space of the store.  The borrowed scenery of the zelkova trees lining Omotesando provide seasonality for the store, which adds an extra sense of comfort.  In addition, elements of traditional Japanese craftsmanship are scattered throughout, creating a new store that is worthy of the name of the brand, visvim. 

"little cloud coffee" will also be serving its delicious offerings from a new counter.
