German Cord Cloth Jacket 

This material is woven at ultra-high density utilizing a high twist yarn.  It is characterized by its enhanced durability that develops rich character with repeat usage and the passing of time.  This is a special product that reaches completion through numerous manual processes where each step of the work requires meticulous handiwork that is performed by skilled artisans.  After initial sewing of the jacket each piece is garment dyed, then a damaged finish is applied by hand, and finally embroidery details are added by a handle operated sewing machine.  All componentry, including the iron rivets and denim tack buttons are custom developed hardware.

German Cord Cloth Military Deck Jacket 

This material is woven at high density utilizing a specially twisted weft yarn, and it is characterized by a sturdiness that also remains supple.  Each jacket receives damaged finishing that is applied by hand to express a naturally worn in appearance as if the garment has been worn for years.  The zip fasteners and buttons are custom developed components.  Premium Karakul Lamb is used for the collar.
